Aldenham Golf & Country Club, Hertfordshire in England

Aldenham Golf Club is well worth a visit. Located in the tiny village
of Aldenham, it is hard to believe you are just fifteen miles north of
London.
The main course is gentle on the feet and supremely attractive with a
wide variety of trees plus some ditches and ponds thrown in for good measure.
The views over the surrounding countryside are magnificent. The signature
hole is the 636yd 13th, which is one of the longest par 5's in Europe.
There is also a nine hole course - ideal for the beginner.
After a round visitors are encouraged to relax in the clubhouse. Originally
an old barn, it has retained its character while offering superb facilities.
