Bangor Golf Club, Co. Down in Ireland

Bangor Golf Club offers a charming but challenging 18 hole championship
course set in peaceful parkland with picturesque scenes of Ballyholme
Bay. Recent improvements in fairway drainage and in the treatment of greens
have resulted in the course returning to its previous year-round excellence.

There are several testing holes at Bangor, but worthy of particular note
are the long and difficult par 4 fifth and the dangerous yet exhilarating
fifteenth where accuracy for both the drive and approach shots is paramount.

The quality of the course is typified by the famous names associated
with the club - David Feherty, Norman Drew and Garth McGimpsey.
