Kames Country Club, Strathclyde in Scotland

The Kames Country Club is the home of the Mouse Valley Championship
course and the 9 hole Kames course, both set amid 250 acres of tranquil
and picturesque Clydesdale countryside with panoramic views of the Tinto
and Pentland Hills. The Mouse Water is the main feature of the Mouse Valley
Course, particularly when it is combined with a small burn at the notorious
par 3 14th hole, which measures just over 100 yards.
The design of the course is the work of Graham Taylor and was constructed
by James Forrest, both of whom are founding Directors.
The Country Club is renowned for the quality of its entertaining and
offers five star catering. A fleet of golf carts is on hand to ease the
golfer round this thoroughly enjoyable and welcome addition to golf in
Central Scotland.
