Murcar Golf Club, Grampian in Scotland

Visit Murcar Golf Club and enjoy the challenge of a traditional Scottish
links course. Designed by Archie Simpson in 1909, Murcar enjoys the prestige
of being in Golf World's recent top 100 courses in the British Isles.
Located 5 miles north of Aberdeen golfers from all over the world appreciate
its dramatic location, set amid towering sand dunes. Each hole of the
magnificent links offers a different challenge with the spectacular 7th
being exceptional. This classic hole is known as 'Serpentine' in recognition
of the burn that must be carried some 180 yards from the tee. The elevated
tees command tremendous views to the North Sea and the Granite City. Murcar
completes a phenomenal threesome with the adjacent Royal Aberdeen and
Cruden Bay just up the coast, making it the ideal venue for visitors enjoying
a golfing break. The clubhouse offers full catering and bar service where
a warm welcome awaits all visitors.
