Westhill Golf Club, Grampian in Scotland

Westhill Golf Club was opened in 1977 and is situated to the west of
Aberdeen, offering spectacular views of the surrounding countryside and
across to Royal Deeside. Lochnagar, where HRH Prince of Wales has shot
the odd pheasant and painted the occasional picture is visible from the
clubhouse.
Although the course is relatively new, it is now maturing and has been
altered and improved since its inception. Presently the layout is a superb
challenge and is always in excellent condition. The clubhouse is a modern
building completed in 1982 with a pine ceiling and stoned walls. This
unusual design accommodates a well stocked bar and a menu to suit all
tastes.
